About Heather
Heather’s passion for making real connections with people and solving the most complex people and process challenges has led her on an incredible life long journey.
Her mission is to help CEOs, business owners, leaders, managers and individuals leverage their unique traits to not only improve their professional success, but also to bring a greater sense of joy and purpose to their day-to-day work.
The majority of Heather’s career at a Fortune 100 bank was spent being recruited to improve the lowest performing territories in the country. This included consulting with and coaching executives and territory managers on how to improve performance ethically and sustainably.
Her thoughtful people-focused coaching combined with her strategic process design background resulted in consistently improving these teams and territories performance to the top 2% of the company.
Heathers success is attributed in part to her passion for understanding and connecting with people of all backgrounds which has been present since she was a small child. Being intuitively aware of people and situations has been a large driver of Heather’s success as a consultant and coach, as well as her success in creating and improving production and performance, morale, associate retention, and client experience within teams and territories of all types and sizes.
Through consulting work she has found commonalities within high performing businesses as well as low performing businesses; the underlining theme is always people; the treatment and support of people, as well as ensuring the right people are in the right positions.
Heather also provides consulting advice and support assisting companies in identifying the leaders who are creating and driving the toxic environments. In addition she teaches recruiters and hiring managers how to identify People Focused Leaders vs. Fear Based Task Managers in interviews; it starts by hiring the right people.
Through one-on-one coaching and group sessions, Heather has taught executives and managers simple techniques for identifying leaders that will inspire and motivate teams rather than pressure employees through fear tactics and abuse. These tactics are short lived and create long term damage to the company which is incredibly difficult to unravel; including costly lawsuits and loss of clientele.
Heather also offers guidance and support for those looking to identify a career path that successfully leverages their individual and uique Superpowers to improve their quality of life.
By helping individuals identify their passions and leverage their unique and individual skillsets she has helped hundreds of people obtain careers that are more rewarding and bring fulfillment and passion for an improved work and life balance.
