Ethics Point : Third Party Company Request for Help

Roberts treatment of me became worse once he learned about my calls to Human Resources asking for help, and I began researching neutral resources that may be able to assist. Never during my career, even through the last 2 years of intense bullying, had I ever considered reaching out to news media or anything outside of the company.

I had faith that this company that I had dedicated my entire adult life to would want to know that their mid level and upper level executives were treating their associates with discrimination, bullying, and abuse and would want to do what was right. However, I was wrong. In the 18 months that I escalated concerns to this agency, who relayed them back to the company for comments, they failed to address any of the concerns.
