On February 29th 2020, the day the Oregonian published the article surrounding my being severed from the company I received many supporting messages thanking me for my actions to expose abuse. Below is a text message example from a Financial Center Manager.

“I am very proud of you Heather! About time someone speaks up! It has only gotten worse I feel. We are now on 8:00 morning calls for not meeting goals. This (Oregonian Article published in February 2020) is going to make a huge impact, hopefully an impact that will lead to change. I’m so so so proud of you! Thank you for all the advice. You are a true leader! I miss you. I miss you leading me. I miss how much you believed in me.
I talk about you more than I should to my new Market Leader to the point that (the Market Leader) asked me what the difference was. Words can’t replace your genuine, caring soul and the impact you’ve made one me. You are very strong, brave, and a fighter to a T! You continue to lead even when you aren’t our leader. You know you’ve done something right when you can leave an impression like that. I believe changes will begin to happen as a result of this (crossing fingers).
Just know that despite everything, you made an impact on many people. We need more leaders like yourself that truly care about others and not just themselves. It’s unfortunate it came at your expense but I believe everything happens for a reason. This is going to be bigger and brighter for you.
I believe that karma will take care of those that need to be taken care of, it may take time but they will be taken care of.
I got goosebumps when I read the article. This is a good thing. Very good thing.”
