The following testimony is from a Financial Center Manager in Nevada who worked with my former manager prior to him being promoted to Regional Executive in 2018. At the time this Financial Center Manager worked with him, he was a Sales Performance Manager; the same position he held in Arizona as of 2021 after being moved out of the Regional Executive role over Oregon and parts of Washington (after being in role for around 18 months as the Regional Executive over Oregon and parts of Washington).
Sales Performance Managers do not directly manage people; their position is one of influence and focuses specifically on increasing product sales which generates revenue to the company.
You can read about where the Oregon/Washington (territory referred to as the Northwest Region) Sales Performance Manager came from in the blog article titled “The Truffle Shuffle” HERE.
Prior to my manager being promoted briefly to Regional Executive in 2018, he was peers (same position) on the same team as the Oregon/Washington Sales Performance Manager and uses the same Fear Based Task Manager tactics.

:Bravo to you Heather!
The gentleman you refer to (in the publicly filed lawsuit) at (the Fortune 500 bank) worked in Nevada prior to moving to your area.
There was a group of men we referred to as the Good Old Boys club! They would literally sit in meetings texting each other and laughing when Financial Center Manager's said something they didn't agree with.
They were toxic.
They have now scattered about or have left the company but their mentality is still prevalent.”
