With over 21 years as an upper level executive at a Fortune 500 bank, I had the privilege to work with some incredibly gifted and driven people. From leaders, managers, individual contributors, administrative personnel, call center sales and processing associates, underwriters, mortgage loan officers, investment associates, even janitors and building maintenance personnel, you name it. I have assisted countless people in transitioning successfully from their former careers into a completely different career in banking; success doesn’t come from knowing the role you are being hired for, it comes from the drive within a person to succeed no matter the landscape.
