Purpose & Mission
After The Oregonian published an article on February 29th, 2020 regarding some of the details surrounding my being severed after 21 1/2 years in executive management positions and consistently ranked in the top 5% of the company, women began reaching out to me sharing similar and unfortunate stories of toxic work environments, bullying, and unethical sales pressure. Several of these testimonies I have posted for you to review with more being added going forward.
I knew then that the last 2 years of fiercely protecting my direct reports including Financial Center Managers (brick and mortar banking center locations), sales associates, and tellers against intimidation, bullying, and unethical sales pressure from upper management were not isolated events.
This blog is meant to bring awareness to these practices within toxic workplaces, specifically Fortune 500 companies and banks, and provide resources for sharing stories with the purpose of healing. As you read the testimonies you will find that the culture has gotten worse since my being severed.
Together we can stop the abuse and unethical sales practices by Speaking Up and Standing Strong.
You are not alone!
