I just wanted to say I admire you for standing up to this horrific corporation. I went through the exact same scenario in 2010 when I was let go for “sales performance” after being one of the top in sales with outstanding reviews.

HR did nothing. I consulted an attorney at the time I was let go and was told that if I was a different ethnicity I would have a case but just being a woman who was bullied, harassed and mistreated was not enough at that time.

I was not equally compensated as my male peers and watched continuous cheating and preferred treatment of the males in my office.

Ultimately the bullying of management and unethical toxic work environment was too much and because I spoke out against it I was let go.
It takes a lot to stand up against such a corrupt system and I stand with you! I wish I would have had your courage 10 years ago to pursue this and maybe this would not have continued to happen to so many others after me.”
