I must let you know that a Market Manager in (location withheld for protection) did make a complaint to HR in January about sales pressure which resulted in a major investigation which is on-going. The investigation was stopped for a while because of the pandemic but I gather it resumed last month with the investigators interviewing some of the Relationship Managers.
