“Heather-
I am a former Relationship Banker in Chicago. I decided to quit after feeling pressure and bullied by the branch manager. After having an international student opening an account with me and learning about her she had assured me she didn’t need a credit card or anything else. When I told my manager that the customer didn’t not want a credit card, he told me “you know I depend on your sales? Any credit card sale you don’t do is less food in my kids mouth and I want to feed my kids..” I really wanted to slap him. The tension of working for (this company) is bad. Always bad vibes from the manager. I quit after a month and went back to PNC. I am happy. I will never want someone to feel the pressure I felt.
When I had my interview with (the Market Leader) he even made it clear that a promotion consisted of how well you did in sales.
I’ve never heard of such thing like that working at PNC or another bank.
Hopefully justice comes for everyone still working at (this company).”
