“Many of us in Tampa Bay have stories to tell.
Abuse that was reported anonymously and openly, hostile work environments that resulted from sales pressure. Nothing was done and many were silenced or fired.
Many of us quit.
I filed a 68 page complaint with HR and the abusive Area Manager is still there abusing others.
It is common knowledge that a high level HR Executive is his neighbor.

Nothing will change. The abuse starts at the top with (upper level Executives), funnels down to (other upper level executives) and continues to the Area Managers who pressure the Branch Managers.
A terrible repulsive repeat of Wells Fargo.”
